Visiting the website
When a page is requested, the server of our hosting provider stores technically necessary information in log files: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, the previously visited page, and browser and operating system. This information serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is deleted after a limited period. The website is operated in a data centre in Switzerland.
The connection is encrypted (HTTPS).
No cookies, no analytics, no third-party services
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We use no analytics or advertising services and embed no third-party content such as videos, maps or social networks. Fonts, the map and all other files are loaded from our own server.
Contact by email, phone or form
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, for example your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use it to answer your enquiry and to prepare any collaboration.
The contact form transmits your details in encrypted form to our web server, which forwards them to us by email. The details are not stored on the web server. To prevent misuse, only a non-reversible checksum of your IP address is kept for at most one hour.
We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to process them or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal data or pass it on for advertising purposes. Access is limited to service providers that we use to operate the website and our email and that process the data on our behalf. Should data exceptionally be transferred to a country without adequate data protection, we ensure its protection with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can request information about the personal data we process about you and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or handed over, and you can object to its processing. Please write to contact@ec-partners.ch.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Persons in the EU can contact the data protection authority of their country.
