Multi energy billing
Our system eTool is the largest billing system for multi energy billing in Switzerland. Originally built for electricity, it now bills any utility type, from load profile to grid and electricity invoice. Many large energy customers in Switzerland receive their invoices, reports, accounting data and CO2 reporting from it. We operate eTool and continuously adapt it to new requirements, for example in AI, digitalisation and sustainability.
Meter-to-cash
For an electricity retailer we built the process from the meter to the invoice. It covers metering data, master data, tariffs, invoicing and the handover to accounting.
InvoiceAI: reading utility invoices
InvoiceAI is an AI that reads invoices from utilities. It works with the invoices of almost all utilities in Switzerland. We developed it and operate it ourselves.
Billing for e-mobility
We bill charging sessions, from master data to invoice, for CPOs, EMPs and network and roaming partners. Most recently we migrated a client’s charging station back ends from Virta to Monta and connected them to our billing system multility.
Energy data management
With EDMS we built an application for all of a company’s energy carriers, from electricity and gas to coal, bitumen or sewage sludge. It supports load profiles, invoice checking, stock and consumption forecasts, and it forms the basis for CO2 reporting.
Integration with SAP and master data
We connect business applications to SAP and to master data governance systems, for example via Artemis MQ.
