Standardized monitoring and measure reporting including financial savings and investments. This tool was implemented first in one an then in all other divisions of this company and greatly helped to keep the overview over hundreds of interacting measures.

ERP Implementation Support

Concept for a new calculation model and KPI cockpit

During the implementation of a new ERP, we were asked to support in defining a new markup model for a production company. In addition we also defined a KPI cockpit for the board of management.

The implementation will take place in 2015, as soon as there is enough data available in the new ERP.

IT Strategy Implementation

Ad Interim PL for a strategy implementation

The target was the building up of network company with more than 20 partners. The board of directors defined a roadmap which needed resources and power to implement. Our task was the definition, implementation and monitoring of all IT and process related requirements. We look back to this challenging times with good memories. The company is a market leader in its field today.
